<p>We are looking for a <strong>QA Technician </strong>To Co-ordinate all Quality (under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM: Poultry) related aspects in the Poultry Operations to assist the Quality team within the Plant to effectively manage all aspects of Quality . </p><br><br>

<p>Role Overview The expert will define the enterprise-wide data architecture for a complex, multi-entity organization. The role will translate business and data strategy into a coherent target architecture, common data models, integration patterns, platform capabilities, governance standards and a phased transition roadmap, while enabling interoperability across business units and entities. Key Responsibilities Assess the current data landscape across business units and entities, including data sources, platforms, models, flows, integrations, ownership, dependencies and key pain points. Define enterprise data architecture principles, standards and the target-state architecture across data ingestion, integration, storage, processing, sharing, analytics and AI enablement. Develop conceptual and logical enterprise data models, canonical models and common definitions for priority data domains. Define data-domain boundaries, data-product interfaces and interoperability standards for a federated, multi-entity environment. Establish architecture patterns for APIs, event-driven integration, batch exchange and secure data sharing across internal and external ecosystems. Advise on the architecture of data lakehouse or warehouse platforms, master and reference data, metadata catalogues, lineage, data quality, security and privacy controls. Align the data architecture with business capabilities, application architecture, technology strategy and enterprise-wide transformation priorities. Define data architecture governance, decision rights, design-review gates, reusable patterns and exception-management processes. Identify architecture gaps, dependencies and migration priorities, and develop a practical transition roadmap. Facilitate architecture workshops and translate complex technical decisions into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>15+ years of relevant experience in data architecture, enterprise information architecture, data engineering or large-scale data transformation. Proven experience defining enterprise-wide data architecture for a large, complex organization, conglomerate, public-sector ecosystem or other multi-entity environment. Strong expertise in conceptual and logical data modelling, enterprise data domains, canonical models and data interoperability. Deep understanding of modern data platforms, including cloud or hybrid data architectures, lakehouse or warehouse patterns, data integration and analytics ecosystems. Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, master data management, data quality, security and privacy-by-design principles. Experience establishing federated architecture standards and aligning diverse business units and entities around common enterprise patterns. Summary<p>Provides genetic assessment and counselling for individuals/families with a medical history of, or at increased risk of having a child with a birth defect or genetic condition, or who are themselves at risk for a genetic disorder.</p><br><br>Essential Responsibilities and Duties<br><ol><li>Obtains and analyses medical histories, results of investigations and consultations together with sociocultural, psychodynamic and ethical issues.</li><li>Provides empathetic, non-directive prenatal, paediatric and general genetic counselling in the discussion of the diagnosis, natural history, mode of inheritance, plan of care, genetic testing and/or prenatal testing options, alternative options for dealing with the issues at hand. </li><li>Informs and counsels patient and/or families throughnon-directive counselling taking into consideration and respecting all ethical standards of privacy and confidentiality.</li><li>Calculates risk (e.g. recurrence risk, presymptomatic diagnostic risk) incorporating information such as medical history, family history, the availability of genetic testing as well as relevant test results into the appropriate statistical methodology (e.g. Bayesian analysis). Orders appropriate laboratory tests under the supervision of Senior Genetic Counsellor.</li><li>Uses independent judgement to critically appraisepublished and unpublished data regarding testing options for a specificdisorder and incorporates this appraisal into genetic counselling and follow-upplan.</li><li>Develops a genetic assessment and counselling care planin collaboration with the clinical geneticist, and the patient.</li><li>Assesses individuals/families’ comprehension of theinformation provided during the counselling session and how this is beingincorporated into their decision-making process with the resulting follow- upsessions booked accordingly.</li><li>Addresses issues of loss and bereavement to assist thefamily in making the best possible adjustment to the disorder in an affectedmember and/ or the risk of recurrence of that disorder.</li><li>Provides written consultation summary letter tophysicians, healthcare providers and patient/ families as well as referralletters to consultative services. <p><span>The <strong>Fire & Safety Officer </strong>will be responsible </span><span>for </span><span>overseeing the safety of all divisional personnel, contractors and visitors at all Hail site locations and accommodation and to report any unsafe or defective equipment, practice, act or omission to functional management, ensuring that immediate corrective action is taken to eliminate/minimize the risk of loss.</span></p><br><br>

<p>We are looking for a <strong>QA Technician </strong>To Co-ordinate all Quality (under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM: Poultry) related aspects in the Poultry Operations to assist the Quality team within the Plant to effectively manage all aspects of Quality . </p><br><br>
<p><strong>Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:</strong></p><br><br>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in food services and other related field</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-year experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant (preferably poultry)</li>
<li>Conversant with best practice Quality standards such as outlined by APD and ISO 22000:2005</li>
<li>Experience in Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant</li>
<li>Experienced in supervisory level.</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of Quality standards</li>
<li>Must be able to conduct Quality awareness program independently.</li>
<li>Systems and audits</li>
<li>Communicating effectively with a multinational workforce.</li>
<li>Excellent written and spoken of English</li>
