Roles & Responsibilities

The Principal Project Manager is accountable for the strategic leadership and end to end delivery of the organization s most complex, high visibility cybersecurity and physical security programs. Operating at the executive level, the Principal Project Manager defines portfolio wide objectives, aligns cross functional initiatives with corporate strategy, and ensures that all projects achieve superior business value, risk mitigation, and compliance outcomes. Core Responsibilities: Define, prioritize, and govern the portfolio ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, risk appetite, and business objectives Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap that integrates multiple programs, identifies synergies, and drives measurablebusiness value. Design, implement, and continuously improve project-management frameworks, governance structures, and performancemetrics to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability, while enforcing compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards. Oversee end-to-end execution of interdependent workstreams, coordinating senior project managers, architects, engineers,security specialists, procurement, finance, and external partners to deliver integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and resourceallocations that are realistic, optimized, and strategically aligned. Lead proactive identification, quantitative analysis, and mitigation of high-severity risks, issues, and cross-projectdependencies at the portfolio level, maintaining robust risk registers, contingency plans, and timely escalations. Own multi-year program budgets, conduct cost-benefit analyses, monitor financial performance, forecast variances, andensure optimal ROI; validate benefit realization against business-case assumptions and report outcomes to senior leadership. Produce concise, data-driven executive reports, dashboards, and briefings that synthesize project health, financial status, risk exposure, and strategic recommendations, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making. Define and oversee strategic relationships with key vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers, ensuringcontractual compliance, performance standards, and conduct high-level negotiations, performance reviews, and issueresolution. Mentor senior project managers and emerging leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, andhigh-performance delivery; champion professional development, certification pathways, and best-in-classproject-management practices. Identify and drive efficiencies, standardization, and automation opportunities across the delivery lifecycle, and maturingprocesses

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, business, ProjectManagement or related discipline (Master s degree preferred). Professional project-management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent 8+ years of experience Skills: Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management Executive Stakeholder Management Risk, Issue & Dependency Management Financial Acumen Budget ownership, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, change control, andbenefit-realization reporting Vendor & Partner Management Leadership & Talent Development Advanced Communication & Presentation Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
