<p>To support the execution of core HR operational processes and ensure effective management of government relations, employee benefits, and administrative services. This role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance, timely service delivery, and employee satisfaction in line with company policies and Saudi labor regulations. Key Accountabilities Coordinate with the Government Relations Officer (GRO) to ensure timely processing of visas, Iqamas, renewals, exit/re-entry permits, and other employee-related government documentation. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor, immigration, and applicable regulatory requirements. Manage employee-related transactions through government platforms, including Muqeem, Absher, and Qiwa. Manage employee registration, deregistration, and monthly GOSI contribution processing, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. Reconcile GOSI records and ensure data accuracy between HRIS and GOSI systems. Prepare GOSI reports and supporting documentation as required by Finance, Audit, and other stakeholders. Ensure eligible employees are registered under applicable HRDF programs in coordination with relevant departments. Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for HRDF reimbursement claims and follow up on submissions through the HRDF portal. Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system for all assigned areas of responsibility. <p>The Hull Construction Manager is responsible for leading and managing all hull construction activities associated with shipbuilding projects, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules, technical specifications, quality standards, and company procedures. The role is accountable for maximizing productivity, optimizing resource utilization, managing manpower and budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across hull fabrication, assembly, erection, and construction operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1.
