Key Responsibilities Review architectural IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions. Supervise architectural and finishing works and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and materials. Review architectural mock-ups, finishes, samples, and workmanship. Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, façade, and other disciplines. Review RFIs and resolve design, constructability, interface, and site-related technical issues. Conduct site inspections and review WIRs/MIRs and relevant inspection requests. Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements. Identify design discrepancies and multidisciplinary clashes and recommend practical technical solutions. Review NCRs and verify corrective actions. Participate in technical, progress, and coordination meetings. Review as-built drawings, snagging/punch lists, and close-out documentation. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years of overall relevant professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience working with a Consultant / PMC organization. Strong technical background in the relevant discipline, with proven ability to review designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, technical submittals, and resolve complex technical issues. Proven experience in large-scale commercial, retail, mixed-use, or major real estate development projects. Strong experience in design review, construction supervision, technical coordination, site execution, quality control, and contractor management. Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant international codes and standards. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) in the appropriate professional classification. Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and technical reporting skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Excellent computer skills, good knowledge with project management software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work to agreed deadlines and timescales.
