<p><span>The Purpose of this role in the International business is to manage the development and growth of the designated product portfolio, encompassing existing products and new product development, and assists in establishing the strategic vision and manages the organization to realize the yearly plan through marketing planning and execution</span></p><br><br>

<p><strong>Activities</strong>:</p><br><br>
<ul>
<li>Leads the business in establishing, managing, and achieving the key performance indicators for the portfolio: Market Share, Gross Margin, Awareness, Trial, Equity and Image attributes.</li>
<li>Develops the marketing support and human resource plan for the portfolio to ensure interdepartmental resources are available to realise the plan.</li>
<li>Leads the Annual Marketing Plan process, Annual Promotional Plan process and Annual Projects Schedule process.</li>
<li>Leads the portfolio’s strategic NPD process and feeds into the 5 Year Plan.</li>
<li>Leads portfolio insight into consumer attitude and behavioural studies for the portfolio.</li>

Assists hotels with pricing and provides input on business evaluation recommendations. Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processes. Ensures property diagnostic processes (PDP) are used to maximize revenue and profits. Communicates market direction to revenue management, sales and hotel leaders. Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintains them over time.
