To provide accurate and timely administration, data management, and operational support across Portfolio Management, Business Development, Procurement, and SAP processes. The role is responsible for maintaining business-critical data, ensuring system accuracy, supporting project tracking and launches, and enabling efficient cross-functional operations in alignment with STADA's values of Entrepreneurship, Agility, Integrity, and ONE STADA collaboration. Key Responsibilities Portfolio & Business Development Administration Maintain and update Portfolio and Business Development information across all relevant platforms, including 1P!, Smartsheet, LDS, NLs, Share Point, SAP, and other business systems. Ensure timely and accurate entry, tracking, and reporting of project information, milestones, launch plans, and portfolio status updates. Manage and maintain launch trackers, project dashboards, and portfolio reporting tools. Support the administration and tracking of licensing opportunities, business development projects, contracts, and partner databases. Coordinate documentation, data collection, and administrative activities related to evaluations, due diligence, launches, and commercialization projects. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all portfolio and business development systems. SAP & Master Data Management Support SAP material creation, extension, and maintenance activities in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders. Act as SAP Purchase Order (PO) Administrator across STADA KSA+ entities. Reporting & Analytics Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance trackers related to portfolio activities, launches, procurement, and business development projects. Monitor project timelines and key milestones, escalating delays or risks when required. Support management with accurate data and insights to facilitate decision-making. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Medical, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities. Provide administrative and operational support for strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives. Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen collaboration and operational effectiveness across STADA KSA+. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Pharmacy, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in data administration, project coordination, portfolio management support, procurement operations, or SAP administration.
