Job Overview:Provide overall leadership and direction to project teams in the planning, monitoring, and execution of construction and renovation projects for Airport Terminal lounges, hotels, F&B outlets, and related services across KSA and if required, in EMEA region, ensuring end-to-end delivery from design to handover.<br>Job Responsibilities:Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and relevant standards. Oversee and monitor the financial, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of all ongoing projects. <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">تقديم المشورة الفنية المتعلقة بمفاهيم التصميم، وتقديم التوجيه بشأن المتطلبات الأسلوبية مثل الألوان والصور ونمط الخطوط والتخطيط لضمان فعالية الرسالة.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">تسليم المنتجات النهائية للعملاء وجمع الملاحظات وإدراجها في التصميمات عند الضرورة.</li>
