We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & IT Operations Manager to support the operation, modernization, and reliability of our enterprise technology environment and contribute to cloud and digital transformation initiatives. Administer and support cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure and GCP, and contribute to cloud migration and cloud-native initiatives. Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and identity services, including domain, account, and device migrations. Operate and optimize LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VLAN/Internet connectivity and support VPN, Proxy, ZTNA, NAC, and SD-WAN solutions in coordination with Cybersecurity. Proactively monitor infrastructure availability, capacity, and performance using PRTG or equivalent platforms.
