<p>Supervise and monitor the implementation of maintenance procedures and systems as well as the completion of task performed. Activities include but are not limited to the development and upkeep of the preventative maintenance programs, coordination of maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime while maintaining safe work practices, conducting corrective maintenance analysis, supervision of projects implementation, and provide a positive and innovative work environment.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise the work of personnel engaged in a day-to-day maintenance of pharmacies &amp; clinics, may provide custodial and event support.</li><li>Perform with maintenance employees along with other technical personnel to develop proactive and effective team working together to attain set objectives of the organization.</li><li>Establish schedules and plan for providing maintenance services in pharmacies &amp; clinics by identifying resources, required materials, categories of work, priorities and store's locations needs for proper allocation and delegation of resources.</li><li>Provides technical supervision, custodial &amp; event support during work implementation and execution to assure the quality work standard of completion.</li><li>Participate in development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; provides necessary recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Monitor work activities to ensure execution and compliance with established policies and procedures.</li><li>Supervise implementation of corrective &amp; preventive maintenance programs, and safety programs according to Service Level Agreement or SLA, and approved schedule respectively.</li><li>Ensures the work will be executed base in Standard Operating Procedure and HQSE (Health, Safety, and Quality &amp; Environment) policies with complete reports as reference.</li><li>Participate in the preparation and administration of the maintenance operation budget.</li><li>Submit budget recommendations for allocation and phasing and monitor expenditures according to budget plan.</li><li>Manages and ensures petty cash funds are physically secured, attended, and utilized through the approve process and procedures.</li><li>Execute proper liquidation and reimbursement of maintenance expenses in regular basis and always maintain availability.</li><li>Monitor and control supplies and stock of warehouse through coordination of assigned Storekeeper.</li><li>Assure the accuracy &amp; availability of stock items base in the day-to-day requirements of team through issuing, requesting and ordering of required items.</li><li>Coordinate and supervise implementation of construction projects, remodeling, refurbishment, and other special projects align to Pharmacy's requirements and allocated budget.</li><li>Ensures the compliance of receiving completed projects including new constructed pharmacies base in standard quality of work and approved specification.</li><li>Participate in regular operation and performance review meeting.</li><li>Conduct a weekly Toolbox Talk meeting with all the staff to review and possibly suggest changes or inputs to enhance the existing procedures and policies related to maintenance, quality, safety and environment thru reports and actual experiences from team to improve performances.</li><li>Conduct a regular maintenance inspection of pharmacies to check all building system operation and function that required maintenance, as well as the safety requirements of stores in line to standard requirements from Ministry of Civil Defense.</li><li>Participate in hiring qualify and high caliber candidate for any vacant position within the organization.</li><li>Provides orientation for new member of organization related processes, policies, and procedures of department.</li><li>Provides leadership, motivation and coaching for individual member of the team or staff to lead them in the correct path and execution of work in line to the existing processes, procedures and policies of maintenance, health, quality, safety and environment, as well as the company guidelines.</li><li>Take part in a regular meeting with service providers to discuss issues and enhancement of services provided to maintain mutual understanding and constant communication.</li><li>Assist the Maintenance Manager in preparation of reference for terms of contract to be agreed with second party that will cover all scope of work required in line to maintenance and construction services.</li><li>Participate in preparation of reviewing organizational structure through workload analysis and resources distribution in providing quality and safety maintenance services in pharmacies across the region.</li><li>Execute strict compliance of Safety, Health &amp; Environment policies within the organization to have a safe and healthful workplace for each member of the maintenance team.</li><li>Participate and ensures implementation for reporting, response &amp; corrective actions of unsafe &amp; unhealthful workplace conditions, hazards during task's execution, and safety incidents.</li><li>Ensures each member of staff should take necessary technical &amp; safety trainings as recommended &amp; scheduled.</li><li>Contribute in identifying required trainings or courses for staff to maximize the productivity and efficiency of work &amp; quality services provided in pharmacies.</li><li>Engage in lifelong learning with respect to professional enhancement or development, safety &amp; skills training, in service and courses of study as recommended and scheduled.</li><li>Perform other duties as may be required or assigned by direct Manager.
