Co-ordinate and manage activities on assigned project elements and sub-projects to ensure delivery to plan, monitor performance against plan and take action to ensure issues and problems are addressed in an effective and timely manner. Prepare WBS and OBS and integrate them to ensure effective cost performance measurement. Apply scheduling techniques to ensure projects meet key dates and objectives. Support the relationships with small/medium-sized suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure all contracts are delivered and that issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Lead, develop and motivate assigned staff to ensure they are aware of and capable of meeting their accountabilities. Liaise with all functions relevant to the delivery of assigned project elements and sub-projects to help build an integrated project team and to facilitate the achievement of project objectives. Outputs presented to the Project Manager / Programme Manager and IPT. Support IBP process including inputs to Budget, Mid-Year and End of Year requirements. Manage all Actions in the Action Tracker in a timely manner, seeking AvRS IPT inputs and escalation as required. Apply scheduling techniques to ensure actions meet key dates and objectives. Facilitation of LfE including Internal reviews and IPT reviews. Manage LfE tracker and drive actions. Manage PM inputs to AvRS LCM requirements including Phase &amp; Design Review packs. Drive LCM Actions and functional requirements. Raise SAP4HANA PRs and manage and GR requirements. SharePoint &amp; Information/Records Mgmt Point of Contact for AvRS PM. Facilitate access arrangements for visitors to Al-Arid and other locations. Project Delivery Support Supply Chain requirements with internal and external stakeholders, including requests for information, documentation and physical items. PM support to AvRS Orderbook reviews. Work closely with IPT focus areas including on forecast data, trends and focus areas. Provide support in Operational Supply Chain meetings, including reviews with BAE Systems UK teams and SAMI AE / BAESSA. Manage end to end AvRS Out of Scope (OoS) Process. Facilitate authorisation and clearance of shipping items with BAESAI Taif (ELP). Work with IPT to manage monthly invoicing process to SAMI AE. Manage BAESAI activities on BPR, BER and NAA Processes. Administer and communicate forms received and update trackers. Lead on Root Cause activities. Export Licencing dependencies to be facilitated across stakeholders, including trigger points for Export Licence and EUU Renewals. Develop, under supervision, Project Management tools and procedures to support improvements to AvRS team and Project Management capability.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Ability to co-ordinate the definition of assigned elements of the project so that they meet customer requirements, are commercially viable and can form a basis for developing project plans. Understands and accurately applies the Project Management Charter and LCM process. Familiar with, and can apply, a range of interpersonal and communication skills both internal and external to the company. Significant understanding of the BAE Systems Arabian Industries business, or an ability to develop this quickly. Confident and assured in situations involving customers, sub-contractors and partners. Staff management experience or capability; able to motivate and develop small teams. APMP or equivalent Project Management qualification (Desirable). Able to identify, assess, analyse and manage risk. Expert in the tools and techniques of project management. Able to operate the EVM reporting systems and interpret the management information produced. Demonstrated ability to manage project elements within major projects. Preferably the applicant will have exposure to Project Management activities within a matrix organisation with an understanding of the BAE Systems Arabian Industries business, or an ability to develop this quickly, and 4-8 years of working experience.
