Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment. Issue construction materials in accordance with approved material requisitions. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement to replenish materials as required. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss. Conduct periodic inventory counts and stock reconciliations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and material movement reports. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Procurement, and Logistics teams regarding material requirements. Maintain proper documentation for all material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns. Ensure compliance with company procedures for warehouse and inventory management. Monitor housekeeping and safety standards within the warehouse. Report damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving materials to management. Support internal and external inventory audits. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Storekeeper. Previous experience with construction or contracting companies is mandatory. Experience managing construction site warehouses and inventory.
