Role Description The Producer will oversee the end-to-end production process for creative projects, ensuring that concepts are translated into high-quality deliverables on time and within budget. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah and involves close collaboration with directors, designers, editors, and clients to manage schedules, resources, and communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scoping projects, coordinating pre-production logistics, tracking milestones, and resolving production issues as they arise. The Producer will handle vendor and talent coordination, manage production documentation, and support client reviews and approvals. The role also includes monitoring quality standards, maintaining clear project reports, and helping optimize workflows across the studio. Beyond delivery, the Producer will play an active part in the studio's growth — building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping bring in projects they can then take from concept to completion.
Qualifications- Comfort prospecting, building client relationships, scoping and pitching work, and closing new projects. A track record of bringing in work you then delivered is a strong advantage.- Project and production management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and talent.- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Experience in creative, media, or content production (e.g. digital, commercial, or event production) is highly beneficial.- Comfort with production tools and software for planning, tracking, and documentation; willingness to learn new systems as needed.- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks, propose solutions, and make informed decisions under time constraints.- Relevant education in media production, communications, film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- Fluency in English and in Arabic.
