<div>Lead planning, mobilisation, and delivery of Public Realm projects, ensuring integration with wider city and programme delivery strategies.</div>

<div>Oversee the development and implementation of Engineering and Design Management Plans aligned with programme objectives.</div>

<li>Manage the full lifecycle from design through construction to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and performance targets are met.</li>

<div>Lead governance and design review processes to ensure compliance with client requirements, standards, and specifications.</div>

<div>Coordinate technical assurance activities in support of the FIDIC Engineer.</div>

Ensure consistency in delivery of all Public Realm elements incl. but not limited to; hardscape, softscape, lighting, security, and wayfinding across multiple projects.<br></li>

<div>Coordinate with internal teams, delivery partners, and contractors to manage interfaces and achieve integrated delivery outcomes.</div>

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business, commercial, and investment models for Public-Private Partnership (PPP), digital transformation, managed services, and revenue-sharing initiatives.<br><br>The role requires strong experience in business case development, commercial strategy, financial analysis, market assessment, and value proposition design. The consultant will work closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to structure commercially viable opportunities and develop executive-level recommendations that support strategic investment and commercialization decisions.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Develop and maintain business, commercial, and investment models for PPP, digital transformation, managed services, and revenue-sharing opportunities. Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments. Design commercial strategies, monetization frameworks, pricing models, and revenue-generation approaches. Develop compelling value propositions and business models aligned with client objectives and market opportunities. Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and investment assessments to support strategic decision-making. Develop commercial frameworks for government, infrastructure, digital, and technology initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and strategic partners to structure commercially viable solutions. Prepare executive-level reports, board presentations, commercial recommendations, and investment memoranda. Support proposal development, client pursuits, and strategic consulting engagements. Monitor market trends, emerging business models, and PPP developments to identify new opportunities. Manage multiple projects and business opportunities while meeting tight deadlines. <br><br><br>Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is an advantage. 6–8+ years of experience in business modelling, commercial strategy, PPP advisory, infrastructure advisory, management consulting, strategy consulting, commercial advisory, or corporate strategy. Proven experience developing business models, commercial strategies, value propositions, pricing models, and revenue models. Strong experience in business case development and investment analysis. Experience supporting digital transformation, smart cities, digital government, ICT, infrastructure, or technology-enabled initiatives is highly desirable. Exposure to managed services, ecosystem business models, and revenue-sharing frameworks is considered an advantage.
