Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Build Event Company is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to drive business growth for our fit-out division. This is a hunter role for a sales professional who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, approach prospective clients, build strong relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to project award. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, thrives on achieving targets, and is passionate about winning new business in the fit-out and construction industry. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, retail, hospitality, office, healthcare, and residential fit-out projects. Proactively hunt for new clients through networking, cold calling, site visits, referrals, and market research. Develop relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, project managers, procurement teams, facility management companies, and corporate clients. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and project opportunities. Sales & Client Management Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements. Coordinate with the estimation, design, and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals and quotations. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals. Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals. Ensure a smooth handover of awarded projects to the project execution team. Market Intelligence Monitor upcoming fit-out projects, tenders, and market trends. Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities. Provide market insights and sales forecasts to management. Reporting & Performance Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records. Submit weekly sales activity and performance reports. Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in fit-out, interior contracting, construction, or related industries. Proven ability to generate new business and close high-value deals. Existing network within the Saudi fit-out, construction, real estate, or corporate sector is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business development and relationship management abilities. English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
