This role requires a technically proficient engineer who can supervisor outsourced teams, manage emergencies and ensure seamless operations across all shifts.</p><p>You Will:</p><ul><li>Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7.</li><li>Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams, ensuring proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.</li><li>Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and uptime.</li><li>Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs.</li><li>Lead the technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.</li><li>Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records.</li><li>Provide technical input for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.</li><li>2+ years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role.</li><li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, and energy management systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance strategies, and emergency response protocols.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently across shifts and manage multiple stakeholders.</li></ul>
