JOB DESCRIPTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR Title : Shift Supervisor Reports to : Production Supervisor Direct reports : Maintenance Technician, Inspector, Goods in/Fork Lift and Machine Operators Job Purpose : To manage the shift and all direct staff. Key Responsibilities & Duties High-Alloy Specialist Welding: Perform high-quality root-to-cap welding on pipes and components in the 6G position using GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick) processes, ensuring zero defects under radiographic inspection. Metallurgical & Heat Control: Strictly manage heat inputs and interpass temperatures (keeping Duplex below 120°C and Super Duplex below 100°C) to maintain correct phase balance between austenite and ferrite, preventing microstructural embrittlement. Responsible for a specified procedural area to perform Clinical Neurophysiology Procedures. Essential Responsibilities and Duties 1. Works independently and ensures a proper environment for testing in the laboratory, wards, Emergency Room (ER), or Intensive Care Units (ICUs). 2. POSITION SUMMARY The Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, contractors, and hotel property. Under the supervision of the Director of Security, the Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily security operations, maintaining constant vigilance in assigned areas, controlling access to the property, preventing unauthorized entry or removal of persons and materials, responding to incidents and emergencies, and ensuring that all hotel security policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed. The Security Supervisor is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to security and risk prevention while maintaining a high standard of guest service.  MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Security Operations Keep the Assistant Security Manager / Director of Security informed of all security-related matters. Coordinate with the Director of Engineering on matters relating to fire, safety, and security responsibilities, as applicable. Liaise with hotel management and employees to assist with security issues, loss prevention, and control. Liaise with local law enforcement, fire and safety authorities, and other relevant authorities when required. Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, we rely on you to, <ul> <li>Records and notes down items that require repair and follow-up.</li> <li>Submits recommendations for painting, repair, furnishing, relocation of equipment and space to the Exec.
