Key Responsibilities:<br>Create employment contracts and new hire documents after receiving the necessary data from the recruitment department, open employee files, and archive them in the department. Responsible for entering all new employees’ data and documents into the HR system and internal reports, completing related procedures (e.g., fingerprint registration, raising email issuance tickets, notifying the direct manager of the employee number), and updating the system and reports regarding recruitment after procedures are finalized. Responsible for registering new employees’ contracts on the Qiwa platform, including associated tasks such as contract updates. Handle vacation settlements and ensure timely disbursement to employees, including all related procedures (e.g., issuance of exit/re-entry visas and eligible tickets). Manage health insurance procedures, including additions, deletions, modifications, etc. Regularly update records with Al-Jabr Holding to link new employees with approval circuits and fingerprint types. Responsible for printing and delivering business trip requests for employees, ensuring all procedures are completed. Prepare employee work ID cards and deliver them to employees. Issue employment verification letters and experience certificates according to the company’s internal processes (paper-based or digital). Prepare warning letters as requested after receiving approval from the HR Manager or Supervisor. Responsible for paper and electronic archiving of employee documents. Manage employee fingerprints during payroll periods. Prepare monthly Amanah payroll reports. Register employees in support programs offered by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Execute any tasks requested by the HR Manager or Supervisor within the scope of HR operations as per the work’s nature and requirements.<br>Requirements: Fresh Graduate in related field (HR, Business) Arabic: Fluent in both spoken and written forms.
