We are looking for a NOC Engineer – Network Monitoring to support 24/7 network surveillance and ensure optimal performance of network infrastructure in a high-availability environment.<br>The NOC Server, OS & Storage Monitoring Engineer is responsible for maintaining continuous visibility into the server infrastructure, operating systems, and storage environments. Senior Roads & Infrastructure Engineer Job Title: Senior Roads & Infrastructure Engineer Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time — office and field work (project sites within Riyadh) Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years in the design, construction, and supervision of roads and infrastructure projects<br>Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Roads and Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, execution, and supervision of road projects and infrastructure networks, including stormwater drainage, sewage, water, telecommunications, and street lighting systems. The role requires ensuring full compliance with approved technical specifications, local and international codes and standards, and delivering project objectives on schedule, within the approved budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties & Responsibilities1. Review and prepare engineering designs for roads (horizontal and vertical alignment, cross-sections, and pavement layers) in accordance with approved codes and standards.2. Supervise the on-site execution of roads and infrastructure projects, monitor contractors’ works, and verify conformity with approved drawings and technical specifications.3. Review and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings.4. Design and review infrastructure networks (stormwater drainage, sewage, water, irrigation, electricity, telecommunications, and lighting) and coordinate between them to avoid clashes and conflicts.5. Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and project cost estimates.6. Study soil reports and laboratory test results, approve quality test outcomes (compaction, asphalt, concrete), and follow up on QA/QC plans.7. Monitor project schedules, analyze progress rates, and submit periodic reports on work status, obstacles, and proposed solutions.8. Review contractors’ payment certificates, financial claims, and variation orders, and provide technical opinions thereon.9. Coordinate with government authorities and service providers (municipalities, water, electricity, and telecommunications authorities) to obtain the required permits and approvals.10. Manage and resolve technical issues on site and propose alternative engineering solutions (value engineering) to reduce costs and improve performance.11. Supervise surveying works and verify the accuracy of project setting-out.12. Enforce occupational health and safety requirements at work sites and ensure contractors’ compliance.13. Participate in interim and final handover of works, prepare snag lists, and follow up on their closure.14. Train and mentor junior engineers and transfer technical knowledge to the project team.<br>Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (a Master’s degree is an advantage).• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in roads and infrastructure projects, including supervisory experience.• Membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers with a valid professional classification.• Thorough knowledge of relevant codes and specifications (Ministry of Transport specifications, Saudi Building Code, AASHTO, ASTM).• Proficiency in engineering software: Auto CAD and Civil 3D; familiarity with Primavera P6 and GIS is preferred.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
