Development Manager – Logistics & Industrial Projects Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia<br>Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Development Manager to join their growing Development team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the planning and delivery of logistics, industrial, and large-scale mixed-use developments, managing projects from initial concept through to successful completion.<br>The successful candidate will play a key role in driving development strategy, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with commercial objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead the development process from project inception through design, approvals, construction, and final delivery. JOB PURPOSEThe Senior Supervisor – Infrastructure Management is responsible for supervising day-to-day facility, maintenance activities and supporting the execution of infrastructure projects within the terminal. The role ensures operational continuity of assets, compliance with safety standards, and timely delivery of maintenance and project tasks.
