<b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>The Sr. Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all logistical aspects of a construction project to ensure smooth site operations. This role involves managing the delivery, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment, organizing site access and traffic flow, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The manager works closely with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to optimize resource utilization, minimize delays, and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure that work is re-measured and work is signed off in accordance with the contract.</p><br></li></ul><p><b>Planning</b></p><br><ul><li><p>The monthly detailed graphical time slice showing plot and infrastructure activities and how logistics will support.</p><br></li><li><p>Review weekly plans, confirm the activities are accurate and coordinated across stakeholders.</p><br></li></ul><p><b>Risk</b></p><br><ul><li><p>Review detailed risk register developed by logistics contractor and team coordinated with all site stakeholders, complete with implement mitigation plan.</p><br></li></ul><p><b>Interface</b></p><br><ul><li><p>Provide coordination across all programme consultants and stakeholders related to logistics works.</p><br></li><li><p>Provide support to plots in terms of external access and influences that impact plot activities.</p><br></li></ul><p><b>Communication</b></p><br><ul><li><p>Through regular meetings, highlight issues, concerns and roll out weekly directions to stakeholder’s team managers. <strong>Job Purpose</strong> To provide leadership and direction for the effective execution of maintenance functions for the new Aluminum Recycling Plant at Ras Al-Khair. The incumbent leads the setup and operation of the maintenance organization for the recycling facility, including the scrap processing, delacquering, melting and casting, homogenizing, sawing, and associated utility systems. The role provides leadership in establishing and maintaining records of all plant assets, delivering cost-effective and reliability-centered maintenance, monitoring and forecasting the maintenance budget, building strong working relationships between Production and Maintenance, and controlling maintenance warehouse inventories.<br> As this is a new facility, the role carries a strong readiness and establishment component during the project and commissioning phase, including building the maintenance strategy, populating the CMMS, defining the spare parts philosophy, and developing the maintenance team to operational readiness before first hot metal. The plant operates 365 days per year, which requires extensive planning, organization, and effective delegation and communication to subordinates to achieve production goals while meeting governing laws, regulations, and policies.<br> The incumbent must have highly developed human relations skills to direct, coach, lead, and motivate subordinates and to address the competing and conflicting demands of operation, reliability, and engineering services. Contacts consist equally of plant personnel, other Maaden plants, and outside vendors or consultants. The incumbent will maintain standardization of the maintenance program across the department in line with plant maintenance philosophy and will manage the maintenance department and necessary maintenance service contracts. <strong>Key Accountabilities</strong> <strong>Technical Support</strong><br> Oversee the operation of the assigned maintenance areas to ensure departmental objectives are achieved. Accountable for work hours, headcount, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Provide leadership and direction for the deployment of world-class maintenance planning practices across the recycling plant. Promote and facilitate employee involvement and interdepartmental teams in defining, analyzing, and affecting maintenance of plant equipment. Provide leadership in developing strong inter-departmental relationships at all levels, and champion solid partnering relationships between Maintenance and Production. Lead the establishment of maintenance strategies, criticality assessment, preventive maintenance plans, and spare parts philosophy for the new recycling equipment. <strong>Safe & Environment Friendly Operation</strong><br> Provide leadership to ensure that environment, health, and safety are the first priority of the business. Manage resources in compliance with EHS policies. Lead key safety initiatives such as employee safety meetings, toolbox discussions, risk assessments, EHS audits, and environmental compliance monitoring. Participate in and lead safety incident investigations. Monitor and improve processes, procedures, and equipment to reduce or eliminate safety hazards with a goal of zero injury. Accountable for ensuring department personnel follow safe standard operating procedures so that processes remain stable and product quality consistently meets or exceeds customer requirements. Maintain awareness of plant, corporate, and government safety and health regulations and initiate department action to ensure compliance. Given the molten metal, combustion furnaces, and delacquering systems in the recycling plant, maintain a heightened focus on high-energy maintenance hazards. <strong>Continuous Improvement</strong><br> Provide input to discipline engineers during root cause failure analysis. Manage, direct, coach, lead, and motivate subordinate personnel to achieve department goals safely and on time, while continuously improving subordinate skills. Drive change to create a continuous improvement environment. Lead departmental continuous improvement activities and participate in business-unit sponsored team activities.<br> <strong>Manage Cost</strong><br> Develop annual maintenance plans and departmental budgets for the recycling maintenance areas. Monitor the maintenance budget to ensure costs are in line, determine variances, and address their causes. Manage and direct a program of maintenance for continuous plant operations at the least cost. Manage assigned contract maintenance services. <strong>People Management & Performance</strong><br> Manage, direct, coach, lead, and motivate subordinate personnel to achieve department goals safely and on time. Continually improve subordinate skills in support of business need. Deal with disciplinary and grievance matters per company procedures. Maintain and foster positive labor relations and communication within Maintenance and across the plant's departments. Provide coaching, counseling, and support to direct reports for their personal development. Provide on-the-job training and assessments to ensure superintendents and supervisors are competent to execute maintenance activities per MAC maintenance philosophy. Conduct performance management for direct reports and guide those who supervise others. Build and develop the recycling maintenance team from the ground up, including the integration of new hires and the readiness of the team before commissioning. <strong>Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies</strong> <strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong><br> Engineering degree or equivalent demonstrated experience is required. This position requires a solid understanding of Maintenance and Reliability processes and systems, as well as a good understanding of primary and secondary aluminum or Casthouse processes and systems. Strong demonstrated ability in providing leadership, achieving results, and driving change. Ability to handle high-impact and high-complexity assignments. Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with all co-workers, to set mid and long-term objectives and vision for the department, and to independently handle projects. Proficiency in safety and environmental leadership, communications, labor relations, and cost management. <strong>Minimum Experience:</strong><br> Over 10 years of work-related experience, with maintenance leadership experience in aluminum, Casthouse, or comparable heavy industry preferred. Job Summary: <br>
<p>Job Purpose The Government Relations Officer (GRO) is the primary custodian of the company’s regulatory compliance regarding employee documentation and labor laws. You will manage the entire lifecycle of employee government services—ensuring that visas, residency permits (Iqama), and labor contracts are fully compliant with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and Ministry of Interior regulations.</p><br><br> Key Responsibilities: <br>
