<p>We are looking for a <strong>Team Manager </strong>To manage a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards.</p><br><br>

<p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Production Planner </strong>To prepare the detailed Production plan based upon available forecast /actual sales order requirements. Production Master Production Schedule to establish effective utilization of processing and packing machine assets. Monitor plan throughout its cycle communicating where necessary any changes to the respective departments. Review machine performance and recommend changes to run rates in conjunction with the processing and manufacturing departments. Ensure all agreed services levels are achieved to both internal and external customers. Communicate with any exceptions promptly to allow for alternative supply.</p><br><br>

Reporting directly to the General Manager, with dotted line reporting to the Regional Director of Finance and Vice President Operations Finance, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team, collectively responsible for key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the hotel s assets and financial resources, providing timely and accurate financial information, establishing and enforcing strong internal controls, and offering sound financial counsel to senior leadership. You will ensure that the hotel operates in full compliance with local regulations, corporate policies and procedures, and the terms and conditions of the Management Agreement. Key Responsibilities<br>Lead the full accounting cycle, monthly close, and IFRS-compliant reporting.<br>Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis at branch and SKU level.<br>Manage tax compliance (VAT, WHT, Corporate Tax, Zakat, Transfer Pricing).<br>Oversee external (Big 4) and internal audits and close material findings.<br>Drive cash flow management, working capital optimization, and banking relationships.<br>Own Oracle ERP operations and lead finance automation initiatives.<br>Manage costing, inventory valuation, and shrinkage controls for high-value SKUs.<br>Lead a multi-site finance team (15 30 members).<br>Deliver executive reporting to the Board and Audit Committee.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's in Accounting / Finance (Master's is a plus).<br>CPA / ACCA / CMA (at least one active).<br>12 15 years of experience, including 5+ in senior finance leadership.<br>Minimum 7 years in multi-branch Retail (50+ stores).<br>Deep hands-on Oracle ERP experience (Fusion Cloud or EBS R12) 5+ years.<br>Documented involvement in Oracle Implementation / Migration / Optimization.<br>Strong IFRS command especially IFRS 15, 16 and IAS 2, 36.<br>Full fluency in Arabic and English.<br>Experience in perfumes / beauty / luxury retail / premium FMCG.<br>Oracle Financials Certification.<br>Prior exposure to Board or Audit Committee.<br>M&A or IPO readiness experience.<br>A leader who thrives in an environment requiring restructuring not one seeking a mature setup.<br>Analytical, decisive, and effective under pressure.<br>Strong executive presence with shareholder-facing capability.<br>Genuine ambition to step into a CFO role within two years.</p>
