The Power Production Site Manager is responsible for managing personnel, resources, and activities devoted to the Power Production operation of a 6M (initial load) Power Plant in accordance with the performance work statement. The qualified candidate will report to the Task Order Manager and may supervisor other American Nationals (ANs), Other Country Nationals (OCNs), and/or Local Nationals (LNs). Responsibilities + Shall be responsible for meeting contractor’s work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control for all tasks associated with this TO. + Shall make decisions and direct all sub-contractors on behalf of the prime contractor and all subcontracting services necessary to maintain a capability to perform under this requirement. + Shall have knowledge of: Principles of electronics and electricity, including generation, conversion, transformation, distribution, and utilization; types, capacity, and purpose of low/medium voltage circuits, circuit breakers, switches, fuses, regulators, relays, instruments, and meters associated with electric generation and distribution; interpreting instrument and meter readings; wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings and technical publications; techniques of operating and maintaining internal combustion engines, generators, generating plants, distribution panels, and accessory equipment; use and purpose of test equipment; safety rules and practices; environmental policies; principles of management; and operation and repair of electrical power production systems. + Shall meet with government customers as needed. + Shall accomplish inspection and status reports with diagnosis, estimated timeline for repair actions and list of required parts upon discovery of deficiency. + Shall maintain and adhere to applicable technical orders and good commercial practices for all maintenance actions to include coordination of work, requesting parts, receiving parts, installing, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing equipment or systems. + Shall provide written reports of hourly peak demand and fuel consumption, inspections, maintenance, repairs, tests, and certifications of each system or component as required. + Must be able to multitask and work in a highly paced environment. Work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks safely, effectively and efficiently. + Responsible for meeting contractor’s work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control. + Responsible for following a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements. + Responsible for following a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program. + Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas. + Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools). + Responsible for precise execution of company time-reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet. + Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: + Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. + As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization. + Must have and maintain a valid U. <p> The RoRo Manager will be responsible for managing and developing SSA Jeddah’s RoRo operations and commercial activities. The role covers vessel operations, cargo handling, terminal coordination, customer service, cost control, claims prevention, and business development.</p><p>The position will act as the main focal point between vessel principals, terminals, port authorities, Customs, cargo owners, transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
