Job Purpose<br>The Senior Architect is responsible for leading the architectural design and technical development of complex, high-profile projects from concept through detailed design. The role requires extensive experience in hospitality, mixed-use developments, airports, and luxury villas, while ensuring innovative, sustainable, and technically sound design solutions. Own the local content agenda across the legal entities and projects in scope — from tender-stage local content (LC) calculations and certification support through to annual entity LC audits and ongoing project performance monitoring.
