Role Description Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and content marketing. Manage social media accounts and create engaging, high-quality content in various formats, including text, graphics, and video. Utilize generative AI tools to generate ideas, produce marketing copy, create visual assets, and streamline content production while maintaining brand quality and consistency. Coordinate with external partners, vendors, content creators, and influencers to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and dashboards, prepare regular reports, and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs). Contribute to strengthening Darb's brand identity, increasing brand awareness, and expanding its digital presence in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, and Snapchat, with a solid understanding of platform algorithms and best practices. Proficiency in using generative AI tools for text, image, and video creation as part of the marketing workflow. Experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), social media analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Linked In Campaign Manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, creativity, collaboration, and time management skills.
