bout the Role The Manager – Commercial Contract will lead the end-to-end management of commercial contracts across KSIA projects and business functions, including special contracts, leases, consultancy agreements, and project-related agreements. The role will oversee contract negotiations, administration, governance, claims, changes, and commercial risks while providing strategic guidance to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with KSIA requirements and organizational objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities Provide legal drafting and advisory support during the negotiation of land leases, office rentals, warehouse agreements, and other property-related contracts.
