This is the Group’s deal execution engine: the role holds the pen against top-tier opposing counsel. Key responsibilities Draft and negotiate the Group’s transaction documents: joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, share purchase and subscription agreements, development and services agreements, franchise agreements (as franchisor and franchisee), leases of commercial significance, NDAs and term sheets. Run deal execution: transaction checklists, conditions precedent, approvals, signing and completion mechanics, and coordination of counterparties, advisors and local counsel across jurisdictions.
