<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><br><p>As the Sales Executive for Machine Automation Solutions (MAS), you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving regional order targets across Saudi Arabia. <strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong>To support and assist the end to end outage management for the assigned plant, with an aim to provide cost effective and high-quality services to improve long term asset reliability, whilst ensuring overall cost efficiencies, optimization of resources and client satisfaction.<br><br><strong>Key Accountabilities<br><br></strong><strong>Pre-Outage Planning<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist the Project Manager in planning the outage management strategy, scope of work resources needed, local manpower requirements, spare part requirements, QA plan etc., for an assigned project, well in advance (up to 18 months ahead,) to ensure a thorough and robust plan is developed, considering all possible aspects that might impact the execution. </li><li>Assist in conducting a pre-outage study by understanding and studying the technical details of the equipment including the history of the equipment, recommendations of the OEM, layout, interconnections with other equipment, root cause of failure, operating conditions etc., to ensure the planning and execution is accurate. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Execution<br><br></strong><ul><li> Assist in the end to end execution of the outage by monitoring daily progress against the plan, and managing key stakeholders / service providers to ensure the work is completed as per the work control procedures, HSSE and quality standards.</li><li>Arrange the issuance of spare parts, consumables, tools, work authorizations/ necessary permits etc., to ensure all the required regulatory and safety permits are issued prior to the start of the execution. </li><li> Update the schedule daily, based on the of progress, plant condition and adjustment required by different work units and contractors, to ensure timely completion as per the plan.</li><li>Attend the daily outage coordination meetings with the stakeholders, to ensure robust planning and execution and timely escalation and resolution of issues. * Develop daily and weekly management reports highlighting performance against the objectives, to ensure the management / stakeholders are aware of the execution of the outage and any escalated issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Arrange the quality control inspections according to quality plan and acceptance of the equipment, to ensure the inspections are carried out as per the requirements. </li><li> Assist and ensure the final calibration and checking by Maintenance, Operation and Technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and final acceptance as per the authority matrix.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Post Execution Reporting<br><br></strong><ul><li> Assist in developing the final outage report including the entire process of outage preparation, execution, jobs statistics, scope of work, comparison of planned verses achieved outage goals and critical milestones, major problems encountered & corrective actions taken, good practices and lessons learned, to ensure it is used as a means for continuous improvement.<br><br></li></ul><strong> Technical Expertise<br><br></strong><ul><li> Act as a centre of expertise of a particular type of critical equipment (Gas Turbines / Steam Turbines etc.,), sharing technical know-how with the team, providing technical insights and best practices and having technical discussions with vendors and clients to ensure their knowledge is leveraged for the best interest of the organisation. </li><li>Keep abreast of the latest technological innovations, new equipment design and This is the Group’s deal execution engine: the role holds the pen against top-tier opposing counsel. Key responsibilities Draft and negotiate the Group’s transaction documents: joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, share purchase and subscription agreements, development and services agreements, franchise agreements (as franchisor and franchisee), leases of commercial significance, NDAs and term sheets. Run deal execution: transaction checklists, conditions precedent, approvals, signing and completion mechanics, and coordination of counterparties, advisors and local counsel across jurisdictions. Prepare and maintain negotiation tools: issues lists, negotiating matrices, change logs and clause-by-clause comparisons; keep positions consistent across document turns. Handle corporate actions: capital increases, share swaps and transfers, entity formations and conversions, constitutional documents, and Ministry of Commerce filings. Manage due diligence and information requests — both running DD on counterparties and responding to DD on the Group — including title, corporate and regulatory verification. Produce and review bilingual documents; ensure Arabic and English versions are accurate and consistent, including prevailing-language discipline. Identify related-party issues, approval requirements and regulatory triggers early, and route them for approval before signing. Supervise and develop the Junior Legal Counsel on transaction support. Candidate profile5–8 years’ experience with strong law firm training (international firm or leading regional practice) Proven transactional record in Saudi Arabia: Companies Law mechanics, real estate and development agreements, and commercial/franchise work; GCC exposure valued. Excellent bilingual Arabic/English drafting — able to draft an agreement in either language from scratch, cleanly and simply. Meticulous: catches cross-reference errors, defined-term drift and numerical inconsistencies; triple-checks own work before it goes out. Self-sufficient deal manager: organised, calm under deadline pressure, and able to carry several live matters in parallel.

About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager, Site Operations to take full ownership of the administrative and operational management of manufacturing site in Saudi Arabia. Acting as the primary "Client-Side" representative, you will be responsible for selecting and managing local service providers, ensuring the seamless operation of all site facilities (HVAC, elevators, utilities, etc.), and providing a solid foundation for our manufacturing operations. Your core functions will span Administration, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) renovations, Procurement, and Saudi Government Relations. You will lead and mentor a diverse team of 65+ professionals and report directly to the Plant Manager.<br>Key Responsibilities Site Administration & Facilities Management: Oversee logistics, security, and property management, including shuttle transportation. Act as the client-side manager to source, select, and oversee local vendors for facility maintenance (HVAC, elevators, water/electrical systems, etc.). EHS Management: Build and maintain robust Environment, Health, and Safety systems; conduct compliance audits and lead emergency response protocols. Site Renovation & CAPEX Projects: Lead project planning and initiation for production-related site upgrades, with strict control over budget, schedule, and quality. Procurement Management: Manage administrative and facility-related procurement, including vendor evaluation, selection, and performance management. Government Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with Saudi government authorities (Ministry of Human Resources, Civil Defense, Environmental Agency, Municipalities) to handle inspections, permits, and approvals.<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to use it as your primary working language. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.10+ years of site/facilities operations management experience in large-scale manufacturing or tech environments.5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing large teams (50+ headcount). Deep expertise in site administration and end-to-end Facility Management (FM) processes. Solid understanding of EHS management systems, with relevant certifications or hands-on operational experience. International work experience is highly preferred; prior experience in the Middle East/Saudi Arabia is a strong plus.
