Job Overview:The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports end-to-end recruitment for a multi-site healthcare in the organization. Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs, source candidates, screen and coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience, ensuring compliance and quality hires that align with patient care standards.<br><br>Job Scope:The Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to forecast hiring needs and design targeted sourcing strategies. Manage requisitions, post roles, screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent stages with hiring managers. The role emphasizes building a strong talent pipeline through campus recruiting, professional networks, and community partnerships. The Specialist will leverage ATS tools to track metrics, maintain data integrity, and generate reporting to support hiring decisions. We are seeking a highly competent Senior Accountant to support our continued growth and strengthen our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, project accounting, and ERP systems, preferably within the contracting, construction, or MEP industries.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Financial Accounting & Reporting Manage the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, accruals, and month-end/year-end closing. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial records. Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. Monitor cash flow and liquidity requirements. Project Accounting & Cost Control Monitor project costs, revenues, and profitability. Track project budgets against actual expenditures. Prepare project cost reports and management dashboards. Analyze project performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Support project managers with financial information and cost analysis. Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage supplier payments and subcontractor accounts. Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables. Reconcile vendor and customer balances regularly. Ensure proper documentation and approval workflows. Taxation, Zakat & Regulatory Compliance Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with ZATCA requirements. Assist with Zakat calculations and filings. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in Contracting, Construction, MEP, HVAC, or Fire Protection industries. Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi accounting regulations. Proven experience with VAT, Zakat, and ZATCA compliance. Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Accounting Module. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.<br>Preferred Qualifications SOCPA Membership. CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
