Job Title:CAFM Operator Department: Work Control<br>About the Role ESOM is seeking an experienced CAFM Operator to manage asset and maintenance information within the Computer-Aided Facility Management system. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, generating Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work orders, monitoring work-order progress, coordinating with technical teams and the Help Desk, and producing accurate operational and client reports. Candidates must have experience working with CAFM or CMMS platforms. Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo is preferred; candidates with strong Maximo knowledge and relevant experience using another recognized CAFM/CMMS platform may also be considered.<br>Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain asset, maintenance, and work-order data within the CAFM system. Generate and monitor Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work orders in line with approved schedules and operational requirements. Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, managers, Help Desk teams, and other stakeholders to follow up on tasks and ensure timely work-order closure. Monitor CAFM dashboards, alerts, overdue activities, and data-quality issues, escalating concerns when required. Prepare periodic reports covering PM and CM performance, asset status, work-order progress, facility performance, and client reporting requirements. Maintain accurate system records, document troubleshooting steps, support end-users, and follow approved procedures for data control and system access.<br>Requirements Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Technical Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience operating a CAFM or CMMS system within facilities management, maintenance, or a similar operational environment. Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo is strongly preferred. Candidates without direct Maximo experience must demonstrate sound knowledge of Maximo processes and practical experience with another recognized CAFM or CMMS platform. <p>Supervise daily security operations across assigned resort areas. Lead and monitor security officers during patrols, shifts, and post assignments. Ensure all access points, entrances, and restricted areas are properly controlled. Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security equipment to detect and respond to incidents. Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies. Report and document incidents accurately and escalate issues to the Security Manager when necessary. Conduct regular inspections of resort premises to identify safety or security risks. Enforce resort security policies, procedures, and access control standards. Assist in managing VIP guest security arrangements when required. Support crowd control and safety measures during events, peak periods, and special operations. Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for operational security needs. Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate logbook records. Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at the start of shifts. Ensure all security personnel are properly groomed, trained, and following standards. Assist in emergency response situations, including evacuations and drills. Monitor contractor, vendor, and visitor access to ensure compliance with security procedures. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest and operational matters.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field preferred. 1 3 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality, luxury hotels, or large-scale resorts. Prior experience in a supervisory security role is highly preferred. Basic certifications in first aid, fire safety, or emergency response are an advantage. Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security procedures. Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards.</p>
