You will lead the contractual and commercial management on the PMCM Services for the Delivery of an iconic Metro Station in Riyadh, collaborating across all stages of the project lifecycle with the Engineering and Construction supervision team and in close coordination with the D&B Contractor and from early stages until handing-over the project. equivalent is preferred.</li><li>Professional Certification(s) will be considered a plus.</li><li>Minimum 18 years of experience in PMCM, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC The role requires strong technical expertise in building construction, leadership in quality systems implementation, and the ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.</p><br>Your role<ul><li>Understands the requirements of construction contracts, specifications, Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Tender <p>The jobs in this level are responsible for providing the required services to guests to ensure that their needs are met and the hotel is running smoothly.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><p>• Participates in the implementation of Hospitality policies, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.</p><br><p>• Supervises the day to day operations of Hospitality providing some guidance in facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.</p><br><p>• Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Hospitality is carried out in an efficient manner.</p><br><p>• Supervises the process for assisting guests during check in and orientation with regards to hotel facilities.</p><br><p>• Provides advise to the guests whenever needed with regards to hotel facilities and any other queries to ensure that guests are satisfied and requirements are met.</p><br><p>• Manages the concerned area (reception/floor) work flow to ensure the effective and smooth running of operations.</p><br><p>• Assists in training the front desk and workers to ensure their capabilities and skills are developed.</p><br><p>• Ensures that the housekeeping activities adhere to the health and safety codes.</p><br><br>Qualifications:<br><p><strong>Education</strong></p><br><p>• Diploma degree in Administration or Hospitality.</p><br><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><br><p>• 2-4 years of related experience</p><br><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><br><p>• Business Acumen – Level 2<br> • English Language – Level 2<br> • IT & Computer Literacy – Level 1<br> • Quality Orientation – Level 1<br> • Health & Safety Awareness - Level 1</p><br><p><strong>Competencies</strong></p><br><p>• Committed to Dallah – Level 2<br> • Customer Service Orientation – Level 2<br> • Developing Others – Level 1<br> • Teamwork – Level 1<br> • Initiative – Level 2</p><br> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
