<p>General Summary Qiddiya City is an exciting new destination city right on the doorstep of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The city plan will include 25 distinct masterplan districts across sports, entertainment, arts and culture, and mixed-use areas, residential communities and nature. Qiddiya City will eventually be home to more than 600,000 residents and host millions of visitors and experience seekers yearly. The Sales and Leasing Performance Unit (SLPU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization. At the heart of this unit sits the Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab (QREL), a digital-first, gamified learning academy, designed to drive measurable commercial capability development across the Sales and Leasing teams. The Agency Training Senior Manager serves as the primary training lead and brand ambassador for Qiddiya s external broker partner network, playing a critical role in enabling the successful go-to-market of Qiddiya s real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that all broker partners are fully equipped with deep, accurate, and up-to-date knowledge of Qiddiya s developments, districts, and value proposition, as well as the sales and leasing systems, processes, and operational standards required to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer journey. The role contributes directly to broker readiness, customer experience excellence, and ultimately conversion outcomes by building confidence, credibility, and engagement across the broker ecosystem.</p><p>About the Role / Project Scope Operating within the Qiddiya Real Estate Learn Lab, this role supports the development and deployment of a best-in-class broker enablement program across Residential, Retail, Office, and Land asset classes.
