<p>To provide a quality service to customers in respect to Check-In, Boarding, Special Services, Baggage Services, Ticket Desk and Emirates Lounge as per the criteria set forth by the Company s commercial, safety and security policies, standards and procedures. We are seeking an accomplished QA/QC Director (Construction) to lead the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control function across a portfolio of construction, infrastructure, and landscape projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's quality strategy, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements, and fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout all business operations.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop and implement the company's Quality Management System (QMS), policies, procedures, and quality standards. Ensure full compliance with client specifications, contractual obligations, local regulations, and international standards, including ISO 9001. Lead and manage QA/QC teams across multiple project sites and business units. Establish and monitor company-wide quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics. Oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure project deliverables meet contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality plans, method statements, and quality procedures. Lead internal and external quality audits, management reviews, compliance assessments, and certification activities. Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, conducting root cause analyses and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor project quality performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Review and approve material submittals, inspection reports, quality documentation, and handover records. Ensure proper implementation of quality control inspections, testing, and documentation throughout all project phases. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and certification bodies. Prepare executive-level quality reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior management. Mentor and develop QA/QC personnel, promoting a culture of accountability, quality, and professional growth. Support operational teams in achieving project quality objectives while minimizing rework, defects, and non-conformities.<br>Qualifications & Experience<br>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline. Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Manager (ASQ), Certified Construction Quality Manager (CCQM), or equivalent are highly preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive QA/QC experience within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering industry. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site QA/QC operations. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, construction quality standards, and Saudi construction regulations. Proven experience leading quality audits, ISO certification processes, and client quality compliance programs. Extensive experience reviewing inspection and test plans (ITPs), material approvals, method statements, quality documentation, and handover processes. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a quality-focused culture across large, complex organizations.
<p>Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Able to write technical reports, and treatment proposals. Master the water Analysis tests; provides input during the initial survey during the commissioning stage and ongoing customer service in compliance with the Application Quality Plan. Responsible for providing services and assisting customers with problem-solving support regarding their products/applications/solutions. Provide on-site field service and over-the-phone or on-site assistance. Conduct site surveys, and product/application/system audits. Discusses and advises clients regarding results obtained from sampling; establishes and meets customer needs when adjusting the treatment program as well as ensuring the satisfactory performance of the plant; advises clients regarding the possibility of upgrading and improvements the company can provide. Chemical Preparation and dosing in the sites. Supervises chemical cleaning and disinfecting operations; carries out on-site chemicals inventory; ensures P.O. as necessary is submitted by clients and that deliveries are prompt. Material, Store & Tool Controller Position Overview:The Material, Store & Tool Controller is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, tracking, and control of tools, materials, uniforms, PPE, and office consumables within the workshop. The role ensures that workshop mechanics and staff have the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies to perform their duties effectively, while maintaining accurate inventory records and proper control of company assets. The position may also support the Fleet Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks as required. Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, record, store, and issue tools, materials, uniforms, PPE, and office consumables. Issue and receive workshop tools and equipment, maintaining proper records and accountability. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all materials, tools, and consumables. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages or operational delays. Ensure proper storage, labeling, organization, and preservation of materials, tools, uniforms, and other workshop supplies. Track the issuance and return of tools and report any missing, damaged, or unserviceable items. Manage the availability and distribution of office consumables, drinking water, brew kits, and other workshop supplies. Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile any inventory discrepancies. Maintain proper records of received, issued, returned, damaged, and obsolete items. Ensure workshop store activities comply with company safety, security, and inventory control procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop store and storage areas. Assist the Fleet Manager with daily operational, coordination, and administrative tasks as required. Support workshop staff by ensuring required materials, tools, and supplies are available when needed. Perform any other duties related to store and workshop operations as assigned by management.
