This role is accountable for the design input, readiness, mobilization, performance, and assurance of all vehicle and pedestrian screening operations. This includes vehicle scanning, baggage X-ray, walk-through and hand-held metal detection, personal search, vehicle inspection, restricted-item control, and secondary-screening arrangements across vehicle access control points, pedestrian screening locations, event venues, asset openings, and heightened security operations. Dedicated to maintaining organized storage systems, supporting timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and contributing to smooth and compliant warehouse operations while upholding high standards of quality and accountability.</p><br><p><b>ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES</b> </p><br><ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy and quality.</li><li>Accurately store materials in designated locations while maintaining an organized and easily accessible inventory system.</li><li> Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner, ensuring correct items and quantities are shipped.</li><li> Maintain up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems and perform regular stock counts and audits.</li><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently</li><li> Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of all materials and shipments.</li><li> Follow all safety guidelines, security procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Assist in loading and unloading goods while minimizing damage and ensuring proper handling techniques.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.</li><li> Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to support efficient operations.</li><li>Coordinate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Perform physical and system transactions (ERP/SAP/Oracle ) for stock movements</li><li>Prepare kits and materials for production / maintenance teams</li><li>Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy</li></ul><p><b>WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS </b></p><br><p>Above 5 years</p><br><p><b>QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS </b></p><br><ul><li>5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations.</li><li>Basic knowledge of inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching</li><li>Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices is preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.</li><li>Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Basic numerical and data entry skills for inventory tracking.</li><li>Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and company policies.
