Job Title:CAFM Operator Department: Work Control<br>About the Role ESOM is seeking an experienced CAFM Operator to manage asset and maintenance information within the Computer-Aided Facility Management system. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, generating Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work orders, monitoring work-order progress, coordinating with technical teams and the Help Desk, and producing accurate operational and client reports. Candidates must have experience working with CAFM or CMMS platforms. Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo is preferred; candidates with strong Maximo knowledge and relevant experience using another recognized CAFM/CMMS platform may also be considered.<br>Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain asset, maintenance, and work-order data within the CAFM system. Generate and monitor Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work orders in line with approved schedules and operational requirements. Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, managers, Help Desk teams, and other stakeholders to follow up on tasks and ensure timely work-order closure. Monitor CAFM dashboards, alerts, overdue activities, and data-quality issues, escalating concerns when required. Prepare periodic reports covering PM and CM performance, asset status, work-order progress, facility performance, and client reporting requirements. Maintain accurate system records, document troubleshooting steps, support end-users, and follow approved procedures for data control and system access.<br>Requirements Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Technical Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience operating a CAFM or CMMS system within facilities management, maintenance, or a similar operational environment. Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo is strongly preferred. Candidates without direct Maximo experience must demonstrate sound knowledge of Maximo processes and practical experience with another recognized CAFM or CMMS platform. The Golf Course Machinery Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of the course. This position involves operating and managing a range of specialised machinery and equipment to ensure that the golf course meets the highest standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of golf course maintenance, a commitment to quality, and exceptional technical skills.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>The primary purpose of the Golf Course Machinery Operator is to effectively operate and maintain a variety of machinery to uphold the quality of the golf course. This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of golf course maintenance procedures and equipment operations. Job Summary:<br>The Plant Operator is responsible for providing expertise to ensure plants are operating and maintained in optimal conditions, providing chilled water at design conditions in a continuous, safe, and efficient manner with all equipment and controls functioning at peak performance.<br>Job Responsibilities:<br>Plant Operations:Continuously monitors equipment through SCADA/Manual according to plant O/M procedures and standards, all operating equipment/systems, as per operational procedures. Issue work permit for the maintenance activities and perform Lock-Out Tag-out procedure. Liaises with internal/external maintenance/technical staff to resolve technical deficiencies, as required. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of plant operations. Provides regular status reports of O/M of plants, to supervisor. WERA Requirements:Raw data collection. Collection and storage of supporting data and information. Generation of final data. Data transfer to the relevant templates. Our Riyadh production facility combines skilled craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technology to produce high-quality marble and stone works for residential and commercial projects. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Waterjet Machine Operator to join our production team in Riyadh. The operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC waterjet cutting equipment used for marble, natural stone, and related materials. The role requires good technical understanding, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work from production drawings and cutting files. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC waterjet cutting machines for marble, natural stone, and related materials. Review shop drawings, cutting drawings, dimensions, and production instructions before machining. Load and position marble or stone slabs correctly on the machine. Prepare or load cutting programs and verify tool paths before starting production. Adjust machine parameters according to material type, thickness, and cutting requirements. Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and minimize material waste. Check finished parts against drawings and specified dimensions. Perform nesting and material utilization checks where required. Identify cutting defects or machine issues and make appropriate adjustments. Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Inspect and replace consumable components such as nozzles, mixing tubes, abrasives, and related parts when required. Monitor waterjet pressure, abrasive supply, and other operating conditions. Report machine faults and coordinate with the maintenance team when necessary. Maintain accurate production and material records. Follow factory safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Coordinate with technical drawing, production, and quality-control teams to ensure jobs are completed according to specifications. Qualifications Previous experience operating CNC waterjet cutting machines is required. Experience working with marble, granite, natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, glass, or similar materials is strongly preferred. Ability to read technical drawings, shop drawings, dimensions, and cutting plans. Good understanding of CNC machine setup and cutting parameters. Ability to use measuring tools accurately. Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Good attention to detail and commitment to dimensional accuracy and finished-product quality. Ability to handle and work safely around large stone slabs and production equipment. Ability to work effectively within a factory production environment. Familiarity with CAD/CAM, nesting, or waterjet programming software is an advantage. Previous experience in marble or stone fabrication in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage. Basic English communication skills are preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
