<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Read, understand, and comply with all company policies, procedures (including SOPs), instructions, rules, and regulations related to safety, environment, and quality.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Respond appropriately to operational situations, providing information and reports, and communicating effectively with team members.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure accurate product identification and traceability throughout the entire production process.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Optimize output to achieve the highest possible product quality.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Complete all required paperwork and electronic data collection accurately and promptly.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure pipe straightness meets customer, API, and ARMCO specifications.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Effectively and efficiently set up, monitor, and operate the straightening machine.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Conduct regular visual and dimensional inspections of straightener rolls and replace worn rolls as required.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure proper cooling of straightener rolls.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Regularly clean the scale pit to maintain operational efficiency.</li>
