<span>Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager specializing in High-Rise Building projects to join our client’s team in Saudi Arabia.<br> The successful candidate will lead architectural design and project management for high-rise developments, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.<br> This role requires strong leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex design challenges specific to high-rise structures.<br> Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and delivery of high-rise building projects from concept through completion.<br> Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and best industry practices relevant to high-rise construction.<br> Coordinate with engineering disciplines, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.<br> Develop and enforce architectural design standards and quality control procedures specific to high-rise buildings.<br> Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.<br> Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architectural teams, fostering innovation and best practices.<br> Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and resolve design-related issues proactively.<br> Collaborate with regulatory authorities for necessary permits and approvals.<br> Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.<br> Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in architecture, with significant experience managing high-rise building projects.<br> Strong knowledge of local Saudi building codes, safety standards, and high-rise construction practices.<br> Proven experience in architectural design leadership, project management, and multidisciplinary coordination.<br> Familiarity with BIM software tools (e.<br>g., Revit, AutoCAD) and architectural visualization software.<br> Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects within budget and schedule.<br> Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.<br> Experience working in the Middle East and understanding of regional regulations is preferred.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
