JOB PURPOSETo lead the internal audit function for the detergent manufacturing sector, providing independent assurance over financial, operational, and compliance controls, and to lead IPO-readiness audit workstreams — strengthening governance, internal controls (ICFR), and risk management to meet Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul listing requirements ahead of a planned public offering.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInternal Audit Delivery Plan and execute risk-based internal audits across manufacturing, procurement, finance, sales, and supply chain functions. Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, identifying gaps and control weaknesses. Support fraud risk assessments and investigations as required. Process Improvement Recommend process and control improvements across financial close, procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, and inventory/production cycles. Partner with process owners to embed sustainable controls rather than one-time fixes. Build strong working relationships with plant management, finance, and external auditors/advisors.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required). Direct hands-on experience supporting an IPO process — specifically ICFR readiness, control documentation, and CMA/Tadawul compliance — is essential. Experience with a Big 4 or top-tier audit firm, and/or in-house audit experience within a manufacturing or industrial group, is highly preferred. Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory environment (CMA regulations, Companies Law, Zakat, SASO/SFDA) is required.
