<p>1?Responsible for the site supervision and management of all interior and exterior architectural finishing works for the Arena Project, including wall finishes, floor finishes, ceilings, handrails, spectator seating areas, public areas, back-of-house (BOH) areas, and associated ancillary rooms.
2?Review and understand architectural and finishing drawings, specifications, technical requirements, and material schedules. Organize and participate in design and drawing review meetings, identify design discrepancies, and coordinate with the design, technical, and construction teams to resolve technical issues during execution.
3?Prepare and monitor finishing work schedules, coordinate resources, track site progress, and control construction quality to ensure compliance with the overall project programme.
4?Coordinate finishing works with other disciplines, including civil and structural works, structural steel, façade works, MEP services, ELV systems, fire protection systems, lighting installations, floor tiling, GRC elements, doors and windows, and other interfacing trades.
5?Conduct site quality inspections, follow up on NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), SORs, site observations, and comments raised by the Consultant and Client, ensuring timely rectification and compliance with project specifications and acceptance criteria.
6?Support the preparation, submission, and implementation of finishing-related documents, including material submittals, technical data sheets, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), and other quality documentation.
7?Monitor material delivery, sample approvals, mock-up and VMU (Visual Mock-Up Unit) construction and inspections, ensuring that materials, colours, textures, dimensions, and workmanship comply with the approved requirements of the Client and Consultant.
8?Liaise and coordinate with the Client, PMC, Consultant, Design Team, and Subcontractors to facilitate the timely resolution and close-out of all finishing-related issues on site.</p><p>1?Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Interior Finishing, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
2?Minimum 5 years of experience in the supervision and management of architectural finishing works. Experience in large-scale public buildings, stadiums, arenas, commercial developments, hotels, airports, or cultural and entertainment projects will be an advantage.
3?Strong knowledge of architectural finishing construction methods and materials, including floor tiling, stone cladding, suspended ceilings, painting systems, wall finishes, GRC works, handrails, doors and windows, metal finishes, washrooms, and high-end fit-out works for public areas.
4?Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, material submittals, shop drawings, and Consultant comments in English.
5?Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage interfaces and resolve conflicts between architectural finishes, structural works, MEP services, façade systems, and structural steel works.
6?Experience in Middle East or overseas construction projects is preferred. Familiarity with project management and quality control procedures, including Aconex, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, SORs, Method Statements, and ITPs, will be an advantage.

ABOUT THE JOB<br>We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in working on Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly those involving roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels in urban environments. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all technical aspects related to civil works (excavation, trenching, earth works, paving and similar activities), such as quality control, drawing revision, value engineering and technical construction method revision and follow up. Client & Stakeholder Communication<br>Maintain professional, clear, and effective communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams Provide technical explanations regarding inspection findings, compliance requirements, and corrective measures Coordinate revisit inspections and verify the closure of corrective actions closure Promptly escalate major deviations to the Team Leader for further action and decision-making<br>Qualifications & Minimum Requirements<br>Education Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction inspection or site supervision Professional Registration Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)<br>Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of:<br>Civil construction methods and materials Quality control and quality assurance processes Structural and concrete works inspection Approved drawings, specifications, and standards<br>Industrial Education & Training<br>Construction inspection methodologies and best practices Quality control and quality assurance systems Construction site health, safety, and environmental protocols Technical reporting and professional documentation standards Continuous professional development in construction technologies, regulations, and codes<br>Authorization to Sign<br>Inspection Notification Reports (INR) Site visit and inspection documentation Photographic evidence logs Daily inspection and activity reports<br>Physical Requirements (Mandatory for Technical Staff)<br>Ability to work in active construction environments, including adverse weather conditions Capability to safely navigate construction sites (climbing, walking on uneven surfaces, and working at heights) Strong visual acuity for detailed inspection and quality assessment Physical endurance for extended field inspections Ability to carry inspection tools and equipment (up to 20 kg)<br>Soft Skills<br>High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional client-service mindset Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong time management and organizational capabilities Adaptability to changing site conditions and schedules Integrity, accountability, and commitment to quality standards<br>Language Skills<br>English: Advanced proficiency (written and verbal) Arabic: Proficiency preferred for enhanced communication Strong professional and business communication skills in both languages<br>Other Requirements<br>Valid driving license and reliable transportation Proficiency in digital inspection, documentation, and reporting tools Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent inspection requests Full compliance with health, safety, and PPE requirements
