You'll spend most of your time in the field, visiting doors, coaching beauty advisors, driving sell-out, and bringing the joyful experiences of Sol de Janeiro to life. You'll also play a key role in supporting consumer activations, PR events, and retailer animations across the region.</p> <h4>What you’ll need to succeed</h4> <p><strong>Retail & Sell-Out</strong></p> <ul> <li>Visit Sephora on a structured cycle to ensure brand standards, visibility, and merchandising excellence.</li> <li>Drive sell-out performance against monthly and quarterly targets, identifying opportunities at door level.</li> <li>Monitor stock levels, testers, and visual merchandising compliance, flagging issues to the KAM.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with store managers, beauty advisors, and retailer field teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver product training and brand storytelling sessions to beauty advisors, both in-store and during retailer education days.</li> <li>Coach BAs on the Sol de Janeiro selling techniques, hero products, big bets and seasonal launches.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Consumer Engagement & PR</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support consumer-facing activations, in-store events, and animations across KSA.</li> <li>Provide on-ground support for PR events, influencer activations, and brand experiences.</li> <li>Coordinate logistics with retailer marketing teams and external agencies as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting & Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide regular sell-out reports, competitive intelligence, and field feedback to the KAM in Paris.</li> <li>Travel to Dubai for client meetings, regional reviews, and team alignment sessions.</li> <li>Represent the voice of the KSA market within the wider Middle East strategy.</li> </ul> <h4>Requirements</h4> <ul> <li>4–6 years of experience in sales or account management within beauty, or premium/luxury FMCG, ideally in KSA and/or UAE.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of the KSA beauty market.</li> <li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.</li> <li>Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and in-store execution skills.</li> <li>Willingness to travel extensively across KSA and periodically to Dubai.</li> <li>Fluent English and Arabic required.</li> <li>Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously and reporting to a remote manager.</li> <li>Based in KSA; valid driving license.</li> <li>Microsoft Package knowledge.</li> </ul> <h4>What we can offer you</h4> <p>With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
