Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities. Key Responsibilities:<br>Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels within the ERP or inventory management system Monitor stock movement and conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliation Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss<br>Warehouse & Store Operationorganize warehouse/store layout for efficient storage and retrieveissue materials to project teams and departments based on approved requisitionensure all material movements are properly documented and authorizecoordinate transfer of materials between project sites and central warehouse when require<br>Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain records including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock reports, and inventory summary Generate periodic inventory and consumption reports for management review Support internal and external inventory audit<br><br>Qualification Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations
BPS is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the retail and supermarket sector in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.<br>Job Responsibilities:• Receiving, arranging, and monitoring store or warehouse inventory.• Supporting daily supermarket or grocery operations.• Handling cashier duties when required.• Checking stock levels and maintaining organized storage areas.• Following company procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing products.<br>Required Qualifications:• Previous experience in supermarket, grocery, warehouse, storekeeping, or cashier work.• Currently residing in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, preferably Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, or Yanbu.• Valid and transferable iqama.• Current sponsor must have no objection to sponsorship transfer.• Iqama profession must not create any issue for the transfer process.• Ability to attend a medical examination in Jeddah before the sponsorship transfer request is initiated.• Serious commitment and readiness to join upon acceptance.<br>Package:SAR 1,600 salary including food, and accommodation is provided by the company.
