Senior Compliance Officer — Qurudi (Job Requirements)<br>Experience* 5-8 years of compliance experience in the Saudi financial sector<br>* At least 2-3 years within fintech, banks, or SAMA-regulated entities<br>* Experience inside SAMA or a licensed entity’s compliance function is a strong plus, not required Regulatory Knowledge<br>* Working knowledge of SAMA’s Open Banking Framework and licensing requirements<br>* Familiarity with Finance Companies Control Law and Digital Financing Brokerage (Wasata) regulations<br>* Exposure to SAMA Cyber Security Framework (CSF) requirements<br>* Knowledge of PDPL as applied to fintech<br>* Basic to intermediate AML/CTF knowledge<br>* Understanding of the Regulatory Sandbox process is a plus<br>Operational Skills<br>* Ability to draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures<br>* Experience conducting risk assessments or gap analyses<br>* Comfortable communicating with regulators (direct SAMA experience preferred but not mandatory)<br>* Coordination with auditors (internal or external) Personal & Language Skills<br>* Fluent in Arabic and English<br>* Strong attention to detail with official documents<br>* Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred (Not Required)<br>* CAMS or equivalent compliance certification<br>* Familiarity with SDAIA data governance principles
