The project integrates renewable solar, wind, and storage power to produce green ammonia for global export, with operations scheduled to commence in 2026.<br>Position Summary The GHE ASU & Utilities Operation Shift Supervisor is a key member of the NGHC Operations & Maintenance team, responsible for leading the safe and reliable operation of the ASU & Utilities plants during the assigned shift. The role is responsible for building strong working relationships with maintenance personnel, control room operators, field operators, and plant managers while ensuring safe operations through effective work permit management and strict compliance with NGHC EH&S standards.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Operations Management Lead a team of 15–20 control room operators and field operators. Build and maintain strong working relationships with plant managers, control room operators, and field operators. The project integrates renewable solar, wind, and storage power to produce green ammonia for global export, with operations scheduled to commence in 2026.<br>Position Summary The ASU Field Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the ASU & Utilities field production processes, including the Air Separation Unit, GAN supply pipeline, LIN storage tanks and vaporizers, LIN loading station, CW systems, DW systems, and Instrument Air (IA) plant. The role ensures plant operations are carried out in accordance with company safety policies and site-specific procedures to achieve reliability, efficiency, and productivity goals while maintaining safe and reliable field operations.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Plant Operations Operate and monitor ASU & Utilities production plants safely and reliably in accordance with NGHC standards. Troubleshoot plant issues and collaborate with the Operations & Maintenance team to provide field support. Perform daily and monthly operational routines in accordance with operating procedures, maintenance manuals, and safety requirements. Collect daily process samples. Experience interpreting PFDs, P&IDs, Single Line Diagrams, and Shutdown Matrices. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
