The role is responsible for ensuring every piece of content from campaign assets and social storytelling to sales collateral, destination itineraries and partner communications supports brand positioning, drives demand and delivers a consistent luxury narrative. Working closely with Marriott International, Red Sea Global, Saudi Tourism Authority, regional marketing teams and commercial stakeholders, this role will establish a best-in-class content ecosystem that supports digital marketing, PR, social media, sales, revenue generation and destination partnerships. recreation areas, common spaces, and supporting community facilities.</li><li>Inspect facilities to identify maintenance deficiencies, unsafe conditions, hygiene concerns, and operational issues requiring corrective action.</li><li>Monitor the general condition and functionality of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, water systems, and associated Experience inspecting large-scale workers' villages, labor accommodation, staff housing, residential compounds, or construction camps. Experience within City Operations, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Community Management, or Property Management environments. Experience monitoring outsourced FM contractors across cleaning, maintenance, waste management, pest control, and other soft and hard services. Familiarity with FM performance indicators, SLAs, KPIs, inspection checklists, and contractor performance reporting. Knowledge of Saudi requirements and good practices relating to workforce accommodation, facility safety, hygiene, and welfare. Experience using enterprise CMMS, CAFM, asset management, or digital inspection platforms. Experience working within Delivery Partner, PMC, client-side, or major program environments. Knowledge of incident reporting, corrective action tracking, and non-conformance management. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and community safety requirements. Arabic language skills are highly desirable. Knowledge of additional languages commonly used within multicultural workforce communities is an advantage.
