The Rolling Stock Engineer will be part of a team responsible for the technical integrity of the rolling stock, providing technical guidance on rolling stock design, development, and safety. The project includes at-grade, elevated, and underground tunnel rail sections, with passenger rolling stock operating under automatic operation. Reporting to the Lead Rolling Stock Engineer, the Rolling Stock Engineer will perform design reviews, facilitate the resolution of any construction or design issues, ensure contractual compliance, and ensure smooth integration with other systems such as signalling, platform screen doors, communications, and civil infrastructure.
