Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.</p><p>Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification is a must. PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification is an advantage. Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar project management tools. Experience delivering government digital transformation projects is highly desirable.</p>
