Lead the entire PMC portfolio across multiple sites and disciplines, establishing program standards, governance, the target operating model and delivery priorities for the Client. Govern both delivery streams across the portfolio, new modular construction and the renovation, refurbishment and fit-out of existing and operational sites including weigh-in-motion (WIM) stations, holding consistent standards for design authority, procurement cycle governance and phasing around live operations. Establish and run the program management office (PMO), centralized governance, policies, processes, procedures, templates and digital tools to represent the Client across the lifecycle.
