This full-time role focuses on leading and supporting the successful delivery of software and ERP implementation projects, including those involving SAP and Oracle solutions.</p> <h3 >Role Purpose</h3> <p >The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring structured project execution, strong governance, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder alignment. The role aims to achieve predictable delivery outcomes, particularly within regulated environments such as the banking, government, and defense sectors.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Support or lead end-to-end project delivery across SDLC, ERP, SAP, and Oracle implementation phases.</li> <li >Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder communication.</li> <li >Maintain essential project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, action trackers, meeting minutes, dashboards, status reports, approvals, and governance records.</li> <li >Coordinate with business users, technical teams, QA, DevOps, SAP/Oracle consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders.</li> <li >Support or manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, release readiness, deployment, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.</li> <li >Ensure compliance with delivery governance, documentation standards, audit readiness, security reviews, and client approval controls.</li> <li >Monitor project performance, budget, effort consumption, invoicing milestones, and delivery risks where applicable.</li> <li >Lead governance meetings, steering updates, escalation management, and corrective actions based on role seniority.</li> <li >Support continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, reporting quality, planning, estimation, and project governance practices.</li> </ul> <h3 >Required Experience</h3> <p >Candidates must have <strong >5-10 years of experience</strong> in project management, specifically within the context of software, ERP, SAP, or Oracle implementation projects.
