Aerodrome Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations, management and coordinating the facilities maintenance of Fixed Based Operation (FBO) with aerodrome maintenance division. Manage and supervise team of aerodrome and FBO staff, including passenger handling staff, ground handling crew, ensuring the highest level of customer service, operational efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance. Responsible to attend meeting with airport authorities and stakeholders, manage day to day operations, coordinate with internal and external teams, and drive performance improvement to support the growth and success of FBO service at the airport. Ensure that all operational activities comply with GACAR 151 requirements. Work closely with aerodrome maintenance team to ensure the readiness and safety of GSE and aerodrome facilities. Conduct safety briefings and training session for staff to reinforce the importance of safety. Prepare and submit reports on operations, employee performance and financial performance. Ensure that all necessary documentation is maintained and updated as required by Airport regulatory authorities. Conduct regular performance evaluation and foster a positive, collaborative and safe work environment. Handle any special requests or needs from passengers or crew, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Performs other operational, safety or management duties as directed by the Ground Services Operations Manager or higher management.<br>Areas of Accountabilities:<br>Performs all managerial functions common to the organization level such as flight operational reports, personnel actions, training and development of staff members. Coordinates turnaround movement of fixed & rotor wing aircraft to ensure efficient movement of passengers/cargo/mail. Ensure qualified Ground Support Equipment (GSE) & personnel are available to load/unload aircraft at Airport, while assuring minimal passenger inconvenience. Directs and monitors preparation of necessary documentation: Aircraft flight release forms, weight & balance forms, passenger/cargo/mail manifests, morning activity & status reports, computer inputs, fuel reports etc. Directs to submit requests for buses and taxis for company’s personnel/passengers. Responsible to maintain and coordinates all facilities maintenance activities in the airport in addition to action safety inspection deficiencies, terminal security, maintenance work orders & office services requests by coordinating with internal and external entities at Airport. Reviews time sheets and contract service entry sheets for ground operations contractor staff. Manages janitorial, administrative, transportation and operational needs with external entities. Inspects condition of aerodrome facilities and vehicles to ensure all areas and equipment are maintained and company standards are met. Monitors radio operations in order to ensure compliance with GACA, IATA, ICAO radio communications regulations. Responsible to maintain stock inventories related to ground operations, passenger handling, terminal requirements, facilities and safety items in the airport. Provides information & cooperation with Safety Review Board as requested. Coordinates with implementation of directives from Safety & Security Division. Responsible to perform public relations activities requiring meet and assist VIP passengers, distinguished visitors or while coordinating efforts with Saudi Government officials and others. Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operations to ensure safety, security, legislative compliance and delivery of high-quality service with a responsible environmental attitude. Communicate timely with Ground Services Operations Manager on matters affecting operations and requiring attention or intervention. Performs other operational, safety or management duties as directed by the Ground Services Operations Manager or higher management.<br><br>Education:<br>Bachelor’s degree in aviation industry / hospitality or equivalent in relevant field.<br><br>Professional Qualifications:<br> IATA or Airline certifications on airport handling experience. Minimum one year of experience in Cybersecurity, Data Protection, Privacy Compliance, Information Security, or completion of a Tamheer program in Data Protection &amp; Privacy. Understanding of Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Familiarity with NCA Data Cybersecurity Controls (DCC). Knowledge of privacy principles, data classification, and information governance. Understanding of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) is preferred. Professional certifications in cybersecurity or data privacy (e.g., CDPSE, CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, ISO 27701, Security+) are an advantage.
