Job Purpose / Role:To support the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of Riyad Bank’s cybersecurity strategy. Assist in developing comprehensive program plans detailing timelines, roles, responsibilities, and deliverables. Provide input and feedback to the unit lead on program plan adjustments. Support the establishment and maintenance of a standardized program management framework. Work with the unit leads to evaluating and refine management frameworks. Plan and oversee the execution of cybersecurity projects using structured methodologies. Monitor project progress and report potential risks to the unit lead. Assist in evaluating and selecting appropriate project management tools and methodologies. Ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining scope, quality, and timelines. Support the unit lead in managing deadlines and coordinating resources for on-time completion. Facilitate regular progress meetings and status updates for stakeholders. Assist the unit lead in preparing presentations for executive leadership. Track and analyze project performance metrics. Collaborating with the unit lead to implementing lessons learned for process improvements. Align project outcomes with Riyad Bank’s cybersecurity strategy and risk management objectives. Conduct post-implementation reviews and document outcomes. Ensure project compliance with regulatory and security standards. Support the unit lead in monitoring project compliance. Assist the unit lead to maintaining stakeholder relationships and communication. Provide consistent support to the unit lead in project oversight and strategic decision-making. Assist the unit lead in resource allocation and strategic planning of cybersecurity initiatives. Continuous Improvement Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices considering “international best practice”, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity environment. Reporting Assists in the preparation of a timely and accurate report of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards. Aerodrome Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations, management and coordinating the facilities maintenance of Fixed Based Operation (FBO) with aerodrome maintenance division. Manage and supervise team of aerodrome and FBO staff, including passenger handling staff, ground handling crew, ensuring the highest level of customer service, operational efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance. Responsible to attend meeting with airport authorities and stakeholders, manage day to day operations, coordinate with internal and external teams, and drive performance improvement to support the growth and success of FBO service at the airport. Ensure that all operational activities comply with GACAR 151 requirements. Work closely with aerodrome maintenance team to ensure the readiness and safety of GSE and aerodrome facilities. Conduct safety briefings and training session for staff to reinforce the importance of safety. Prepare and submit reports on operations, employee performance and financial performance. Ensure that all necessary documentation is maintained and updated as required by Airport regulatory authorities. Directs and monitors preparation of necessary documentation: Aircraft flight release forms, weight & balance forms, passenger/cargo/mail manifests, morning activity & status reports, computer inputs, fuel reports etc. Directs to submit requests for buses and taxis for company’s personnel/passengers. Responsible to maintain and coordinates all facilities maintenance activities in the airport in addition to action safety inspection deficiencies, terminal security, maintenance work orders & office services requests by coordinating with internal and external entities at Airport. Reviews time sheets and contract service entry sheets for ground operations contractor staff. Manages janitorial, administrative, transportation and operational needs with external entities. Inspects condition of aerodrome facilities and vehicles to ensure all areas and equipment are maintained and company standards are met. Monitors radio operations in order to ensure compliance with GACA, IATA, ICAO radio communications regulations. Responsible to maintain stock inventories related to ground operations, passenger handling, terminal requirements, facilities and safety items in the airport. Provides information & cooperation with Safety Review Board as requested. Coordinates with implementation of directives from Safety & Security Division. Responsible to perform public relations activities requiring meet and assist VIP passengers, distinguished visitors or while coordinating efforts with Saudi Government officials and others. Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operations to ensure safety, security, legislative compliance and delivery of high-quality service with a responsible environmental attitude.
