<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>Job Description</p><p>Talent pool of Electrical Construction Inspectors experienced in high-rise, residential, and commercial building projects across the Middle East.</p><p>Strong expertise in electrical systems inspection, testing &amp; commissioning, and ensuring compliance with codes and project specifications.</p><p>Proven ability to support quality delivery through detailed reporting, site coordination, and adherence to safety and industry standards.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Monitor activities that will assure that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular surveillance of site work against documented processes.</li><li>Conduct review of work pack documentation and validate test data as meeting specified requirements and/or within tolerance.</li><li>Ensuring incorporated materials on projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.</li><li>Attend as the Company nominated representative for discipline witness and monitor intervention points on Site Construction ITPs</li><li>Produce formal reports of inspection carried out on the site.</li><li>Monitor contractor works and provide data/reports/inputs to management as required.</li><li>Liaise with the company and contractor quality personnel to ensure requirements for client representation at hold, witness and test points are understood.</li><li>Provide quality representation at toolbox talks and promote right first time approach</li><li>Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.</li><li>Minimum 8 years work experience on large-scale projects, Supervision consultant/Main contractor experience is essential.</li><li>Computer literate, as will be required to use e-mail, excel &amp; word to compile, produce, monitor and interpret operational data and reports.</li><li>Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Possess the ability to supervise effectively, priorities and co-ordinate multiple tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.</li><li>Must demonstrate a flexible approach to operational requirements in order to meet business objectives.</li><li>Must demonstrate a flexible and innovative approach to problem solving.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience of working internationally (preference GCC experience).</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
