You’ll monitor daily processing, troubleshoot production issues under tight SLAs, and coordinate fixes with technical teams to ensure stable, secure service delivery.<br>Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 support for TCS BaNCS Core Banking and integrated applications Monitor and support EOD/BOD processes to ensure successful daily operations Investigate and resolve incidents, errors, and performance issues in production Coordinate with TCS and internal teams on defect fixes, hotfixes, and patches Perform system health checks, log monitoring, and database validations Support change requests, release deployments, and UAT cycles Maintain technical documentation for incidents, fixes, and standard operating procedures Support GL postings, reconciliations, and CBS transaction flows Ensure compliance with IT security and audit requirements Support Core Banking and integrated application availability and stability<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field3–5 years of direct Core Banking Application Support experience Proven hands-on experience supporting or working on TCS BaNCS implementation/support projects (mandatory) Strong production troubleshooting experience for CBS issues under SLAsDeep knowledge of banking operations (Loans, Deposits, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury, etc.) SQL & Oracle database skills: ability to write queries, troubleshoot data issues, and perform validations Unix/Linux experience: scripting, log analysis, and batch job management Knowledge of EOD/BOD cycle, financial postings, and CBS batch processes Familiarity with integration channels such as ATM, Internet/Mobile Banking, SWIFT, and payment gateways Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
